Fulfilment & Responsibility
These orders are processed and shipped directly by me from my studio. I personally package your items with care to ensure safe delivery.

I ship to a select number of countries worldwide: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs
All prices include shipping.
Minimum Order Value
To keep things running smoothly, there's a minimum order value of €10. This was introduced as an eco-policy, as I became increasingly conscious of the packaging waste generated by shipping single greeting cards. Thank you for supporting small creative businesses!
Returns
I want you to be happy with your order.
At cupofcosy.art, I strive to offer products of excellent quality. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made or personalised items, as well as digital downloads, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Delays
Delivery delays due to postal services, customs, local taxes, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters or large-scale disruptions are beyond my control. Once shipped, responsibility lies with the carrier.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so I can look into it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You must contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your item.
Please be aware that any damage resulting from force majeure events during transit - such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other uncontrollable external factors - is not covered under the return or refund policy.
2. Shipping & Returns – Gelato Print-on-Demand Orders
Fulfilment & Responsibility
These items are printed and shipped by Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand partner. The order is processed automatically after checkout.
Production & Delivery Times
Production takes approximately 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shipping Countries
Gelato delivers to over 200 countries and regions, with production facilities in 32 countries for faster, more sustainable local delivery.
Sustainability
Whenever possible, orders are produced close to the delivery address to reduce environmental impact and shipping time.
Returns & Claims
Since all items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not possible unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Please contact me within 30 days of delivery and provide a photo. I will assist you in handling the process with Gelato.
Import Duties & Fees
Depending on your country, customs duties or import fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be covered by the buyer.
