Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to multiple countries. Some products are shipped directly by me, while others are fulfilled through my print-on-demand partners.
Which countries do you ship to?
For products shipped by me, I deliver to: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Gelato, my print-on-demand partner, delivers to over 200 countries and regions worldwide.
Redbubble ships worldwide with a few exceptions. Please refer to their terms and conditions once you’ve been redirected to their website.
I'm trying to checkout but it says I need to spend €10?
There is a minimum order spend of €10 in store. This was introduced as an eco-policy because I was conscious of the packaging materials being used for single greeting card orders.
How long does shipping take?
For items shipped by me: Production & shipping time is about 4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
For print-on-demand items (Gelato): Production & shipping takes 5 business days. Delivery time varies based on location.
Redbubble: They offer various shipping options, which will be displayed during checkout on their website. Please refer to their terms and conditions once you’ve been redirected to their website.
Are shipping costs included in the price?
All prices for products shipped by me include shipping costs.
All prices for products shipped by Gelato include shipping costs.
If you order from Redbubble, shipping costs are usually not included in their product prices. Please refer to their terms and conditions once you’ve been redirected to their website.
How does Gelato handle shipping?
Gelato partners with a network of local production facilities to ensure efficient delivery and lower environmental impact. Your order will be printed as close to your location as possible.
What happens if I order from Redbubble?
If you click on products listed on my Redbubble page, you will be redirected to the Redbubble website. The entire purchase process, including fulfillment and shipping, is handled by Redbubble, and their terms and conditions apply.
What if my order takes longer than expected?
For personally shipped items, I do my best to ensure timely delivery, but delays caused by postal services, customs, or tax-related issues are beyond my control. If your order is delayed, please check with your local postal service first.
If your Gelato order is delayed, please allow some extra time as shipping times may vary due to local postal services and unforeseen circumstances. If the delay persists, feel free to contact me, and I will reach out to Gelato to investigate the issue.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Items shipped by me: Please note that all items are made to order, and returns are generally not accepted. Thank you for your understanding. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you experience any issue with your order or if the item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately – I will do my best to find a solution. If the item arrives damaged, please send me a photo.
For EU customers:
The statutory right of withdrawal may apply unless the item is considered a customized or personalized product.Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
Print-on-Demand items shipped by Gelato: These are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a faulty item, please contact me immediately, as Gelato allows claims only within 30 days. I will coordinate with Gelato to resolve the issue. Kindly provide a photo of the damaged item for assessment.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may incur additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in the purchase price.
Who is responsible for customs fees?
The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees. If you are unsure about potential charges, please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via PayPal and Stripe.
Are your prices final, and do they include VAT?
All prices are final and in accordance with § 6 paragraph 1 Z 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung, Austria). VAT is not charged or shown separately.
